2021-22 State Officer Candidates
Jonathan Pacheco is a junior from Thomas W. Harvey High School. In her free time he likes to travel, hang out with friends, and embrace his creative side. Outside of FBLA he's in marching band, Leadership Lake County, student council, and National Honors Society.
Jesus Flores Morales
Northern Region VP
Jesus Flores Morales is thrilled to be a candidate for the position of Northern Region Vice President. He is a sophomore from Thomas W. Harvey High School and is a national placer at the National Leadership Conference. Jesus has been serving as the Ohio FBLA Reporter for the past year and has had a great time doing so. If elected, he wants to focus on expanding membership across the northern region while simultaneously generating a connection with all of the northern region chapters. Jesus cannot wait to see what this next FBLA year has to bring!
Katherine Allison knows that successful leaders come from hard workers. A sophomore at West Muskingum high school, Katherine implements this mindset in her academic agenda. Between earning good grades in her honors and AP courses, being voted as J.V. team captain for volleyball and a Varsity member of track, as well as managing multiple leadership positions in clubs and extracurricular activities. Eager for another challenge and confident that her skillset will be an asset to the FBLA team, she hopes to take her position as an officer.
VP of External Affairs
Shivanshi Tandon is a junior at William Mason High School. She has served as the 2020-21 Ohio State FBLA Historian. She joined FBLA in her freshman year and grew to love the organization and the knowledge she has obtained. These three years of FBLA have provided her with a better understanding of leading and the business world. Outside of FBLA, she is a part of school clubs such as NHS, Spanish NHS, Science NHS, and HOSA. Prior to the pandemic, she also spent much time volunteering. Shivanshi would be honored to serve as your next VP of External Affairs!
Nikith Vangala is a current junior at William Mason High School. This is his third year in FBLA and his third year attending the SLC. Nikith has served as a Chapter Officer at Mason for two years and has served the Ohio State Parliamentarian this year. FBLA has truly been a passion for Nikith ever since he stepped into his first chapter meeting his freshman year, and is excited for the possibilities this future year holds.
Hamsa Tadpatri is a freshman at William Mason High School, she was a member of NJHS and is currently part of the MHS Honor Society, UNICEF, FBLA and is the Committee Lead of Red Cross, plus the workshop leader for Student Government! She has been a volunteer tutor for SSTGC for two years. She has always loved watching people experience events that she creates, and believes that she can bring kids together by making events that they will keep close to their hearts. She has several fundraising and leadership experiences through her recent Among Us tournament, Food drive, and Adaptive Sports events.
Southern Region VP
Abby Taylor is a junior at Lebanon High School. Currently, she serves her local schools chapter as Vice President and The State of Ohio as Secretary. She is a first year member of her school's National Honor Society and strives to impact those around her daily through servant leadership. Outside of class she enjoys competing for her schools Cross Country and Track Teams.
